Scene of the crime! Most of us tend to think of seagulls as noisy, cute (even beautiful), harmless mascots of the water. Conversely, we envision crabs as ornery, scary, ugly creatures that happen to taste good. Unfortunately for crabs, the seagulls of Skye also seem to find them appetizing.

I didn’t see the murder, but I assume these are the remains of a seagull’s meal. This is how things looked when I arrived at the execution site/dinner table. What I found most interesting (aside from the extreme violence—imagine the force required to rip the legs off) is the oddly artistic arrangement of parts.
